A Recipe-------
Making
Hard Tofu
1.
Fill a half of the cup with water, and put the
coagulant for hard
tofu then melt
it.
2. Put the melted coagulant in
the container (about 2 liter
capacity) to keep the finished
hard tofu.
3. Pour the soymilk made in
the pot (refer to the Making
Soymilk) into the hard tofu container, holding
the grip of pot with right hand and supporting
the bottom of pot with left hand and wait for
about 5 minutes till being coagulated.

Lay a filtering fabric at the bottom of the
container to hold the hard tofu.

Move the coagulated hard tofu to the filtering
container. After the water is drained off,
put it on the filtering fabric.
6.
Hold 4 corners of the filtering fabric and take out
the hard tofu. Hard tofu of high-protein will be
available.
(Liquid remained in
the container after taking out the hard tofu has
lots of nutrients, so that is recommended to use it
for stew or soup.)
